Julia has worked as a solicitor for over 20 years having qualified as a solicitor in 1995. Prior to setting up Festival Law with Ann-Marie, Julia headed up a successful Personal Injury Department and Medical Negligence team for a number of years.

Julia has successfully recovered compensation for thousands of people and is experienced in handling all types of claims to include road traffic accidents and employers liability claims with an emphasis on asbestos related and also clinical negligence claims.

Ann-Marie has worked in legal practice since 1996 and she specialises in high value cases. She conducts all types of personal injury and medical negligence cases.

As well as the mainstream claims Ann-Marie also acts for clients who have suffered sexual assaults. As with all our cases the utmost confidence is assured.

Ann-Marie has a reputation for offering a calm and reassuring approach to her clients whilst being able to negotiate in a way to obtain for her clients the level of compensation they are entitled to. Peter has in excess of 30 years legal experience and has specialised in disease related claims for the past 25 years.

Peter represents client’s based in Gloucestershire, Cardiff and Oxford who have been diagnosed with various asbestos conditions, but in particular, mesothelioma.

Peter regularly attends Inquests on behalf of the families and also liaises with lung cancer nurses, consultants and hospices.
