Julia has worked as a solicitor for over 20 years having qualified as a solicitor in 1995. Prior to setting up Festival Law with Ann-Marie, Julia headed up a successful Personal Injury Department and Medical Negligence team for a number of years.

Julia has successfully recovered compensation for thousands of people and is experienced in handling all types of claims to include road traffic accidents and employers liability claims with an emphasis on asbestos related and also clinical negligence claims.

Julia is described in the Legal 500 Guide as very knowledgeable and approachable.

Ann-Marie has worked in legal practice since 1996 and she specialises in high value cases. She conducts all types of personal injury and medical negligence cases.

As well as the mainstream claims Ann-Marie also acts for clients who have suffered sexual assaults. As with all our cases the utmost confidence is assured.

Ann-Marie has a reputation for offering a calm and reassuring approach to her clients whilst being able to negotiate in a way to obtain for her clients the level of compensation they are entitled to.
